The County of Los Angeles’ original design for the Replacement Project was a 946-bed acute care facility. Due to budget constraints, the County placed the project on hold after completion of the construction documents and the Board of Supervisors voted to redesign the project for a 600-bed facility. MSS provided our services through the duration of this project.
