LAC + USC Medical Center Replacement The LAC+USC Medical Center Replacement Project’s building program replaces four of the existing hospital facilities located on the East Los Angeles campus. The Replacement Project will provide a new acute care medical center totaling approximately 1,500,000 sq. ft. and is composed of four distinct building components including, a 600 bed Inpatient Tower, base-isolated Diagnostic and Treatment Facility, specialty Outpatient Clinic Building and sub-terranian Central Plant. The total project cost is $820,000,000 with a construction contract value of $497,883,000. Current completion is scheduled for March 2007. MSS provides complete office management, administrative and electronic document control support services to the County of Los Angeles for this project.
